Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of MioMath, an online mathematics practice and exam preparation service. By registering, logging in, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

MioMath is an online mathematics practice and exam preparation platform providing practice questions, step-by-step solutions, learning history tracking, and exam simulations.

2. Account Registration

• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• No Sharing: Sharing, renting, or selling your account to others is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

• MioMath offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are one-time payments, purchased per subject.
• Price changes will take effect for future purchases and will not affect previously purchased access.

4. Payment Processing

If your payment is processed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record / authorised reseller for that transaction. In such cases, Paddle will handle payment processing, applicable taxes, receipt issuance, and refund processing, and Paddle's own terms of purchase will apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests for purchases made through Paddle can be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for cheating or academic misconduct.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Do not upload or transmit any content that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others.
• Do not use automated tools to bulk extract platform content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including questions, solutions, UI design, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of MioMath. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and study the content. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without our prior written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Exam Results

MioMath is a preparation tool. We make no representations or warranties regarding your exam performance or university admission results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MioMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
