Refund Policy
Payments for MioMath that are processed by Paddle: Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record / authorised reseller for purchases made through Paddle Checkout.
Refund Requests
Refund requests for purchases made through Paddle can be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers should use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the Paddle transaction confirmation email, or contact Paddle through its buyer support page.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
